Loading Dock Service Questions

Answers for warehouse and facility managers. Need something else? Call (647) 219-5112.

What dock equipment do you service?

We service the electrical side of dock levellers (hydraulic and mechanical), vehicle restraints, dock control panels and push-button stations, signal lights, sensors and interlocks, and the electrical controls on overhead dock doors.

Do you repair hydraulic or mechanical dock parts?

Our work is the electrical side of dock equipment. If diagnosis shows the fault is hydraulic or mechanical, we will tell you clearly so you can arrange that repair with your dock equipment service provider.

Can you work around our shipping schedule?

Tell us your shipping and receiving windows when you request service and we will plan the visit around them where the job allows. Work that needs a door or leveller out of service is coordinated with you in advance.

Do you handle urgent dock breakdowns?

Yes. For urgent breakdowns, call (647) 219-5112 and tell us what the equipment is doing, including whether a door is stuck open or closed.

Which dock equipment makes and models can you work on?

Send the manufacturer and model, or a photo of the nameplate, before the visit and we will confirm what we can support. Our work focuses on the electrical controls, wiring and sensors.

What information should we provide when requesting service?

The equipment type and dock door number, what it is doing and when it started, any lights or indicators, and your site access and lockout requirements. The full checklist is in the section above.
